Completion means having the necessary parts, elements, or steps. It means to have His fullness (Ephesians 3:9 - 19, John 1 14 -18). It means to be to be filled with His likeness. It means to cram or to furnish with all of God. It means to be retrofitted. It means to be brought to a high proficiency, a perfect end. The word states that we will come to His stature, to His elevation, excellence, splendor, and nobility. (Ephesians 4:10)

In the end, it means to walk in the earth as Jesus did. Completion is the harmonizing of our natural life with His life through the cross and the person of the Holy Spirit. Peter the apostle spoke of completion in terms of the salvation of our soul (1 Peter 1). Completion or perfection is the influence of the Holy Spirit in our own spirit and, subsequently, our soul(mind and emotions). This is living with and through the power of the Holy Spirit. This is living from the inside out! The church is to present every person complete or perfect in Christ. We have a lot of work to do!

Begin today by meditating on the attributes of Christ. What does it look like to be like Christ? Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you your progress in salvation and to empower you to "go on to completion".
